Our mission is to Overseed the gospel in New England churches so we can Seed the gospel in communities throughout New England.
Overseed coaches pastors in the practical dynamics of church ministry in this unique ministry context of New England. We coach pastors to strengthen peer relationships, train leaders in their congregation, and develop core pastoral skills so they can faithfully lead their churches and equip their congregations to share Jesus.
This ongoing training, coaching, and support by Overseed helps to ensure stable, long-term pastoral leadership that is critical to genuine rgrowth.
